Family Promise Update - July 2023St. Andrew's and Grandin Court Baptist Church are partner congregations. Our guests will reside at Grandin Court's amazing facility and St. Andrew's will provide meal and hosting support at their facility.
Description of Volunteer Opportunities:
Dinner Host - Arrive at Grandin Court Baptist church at 5:30pm and provide and serve dinner to our Family Promise guests (up to 14 people). Dinner Hosts clean up after the meal and stay with our guest families until the overnight host arrives at 8:00pm. This job can be split between members of a group or a family that would like to serve together!
Overnight Host - Arrive at Grandin Court Baptist Church by 8:00 pm and stay overnight until 7:00 am. The overnight host will spend the night at the host church with the families and put out breakfast items and lunch supplies in the morning before the families leave for school and work and then put away food items.
